Our mission
We use basketball to help young players grow in skill, confidence and character, on the court and off it.
The Jaguars are run by volunteer coaches and parents. Every dollar of club dues goes back into the players, so families get competitive club basketball at a fraction of the usual cost.

Practice week
All practices are held in McLean elementary school gyms. Tap a school for directions.
Practice times are shared with registered families by their coach.
Teams
Teams are formed by age for boys and girls in 3rd through 8th grade. Players are placed after an evaluation or open gym.
Club dues
We're a volunteer organization, so no one is paid to coach. Dues cover the real costs of the year:

A name with history
The original PG Jaguars were an AAU program from Prince George's County, Maryland. In the early 2000s their youth teams won two national championships and several regional titles, with a roster that included future NBA players Kevin Durant and Michael Beasley.
Today's Jaguars are rebuilding that name around the same things that made it matter: hard work, player development and pride in the team.

Email us with your player's name, grade and any past basketball experience.
Come to an evaluation
We'll invite your player to an open gym or evaluation to see where they fit best.
Get placed on a team
Once placed, you'll get practice times, the dues amount and jersey sizing from your coach.
